As President of Orchard Securities, LLC and a Partner at Mountain Dell Consulting, LLC, Taylor W. Garrett is deeply involved with the structuring, underwriting, marketing and capital through various parties’ projects and offerings, including Delaware Statutory Trusts, REITs, Opportunity Zone funds, and other investment programs, both public and private. Mr. Garrett brings a deep understanding of industry dynamics and relationships that are integral to the companies’ success.
Currently, Mr. Garrett is actively engaged in the securities industry through a variety of activities. He spends the majority of this time managing the Company’s sales efforts, and overseeing the aggregation and of industry data, as well as the facilitation of transactions of illiquid securities within the secondary market through Central Trade and Transfer, LLC.
Mr. Garrett holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 99 securities registrations. He graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in General Business Management, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
Cameron R. Hellewell is General Counsel of Orchard Securities, LLC and a Partner at Mountain Dell Consulting, LLC. He is primarily responsible for all legal matters of the companies, including overseeing the negotiation of agreements, general corporate governance, and other matters. Mr. Hellewell brings specific experience to the companies related to broker-dealer law and regulation through his previous employment with another broker-dealer, as well as real estate experience from his involvement with the development of real estate, which directly benefits the business of the companies.
In addition to his relationships with key executives at broker-dealers and sponsors of offerings of real estate securities, through Mr. Hellewell’s involvement in the securities industry, he also enjoys strong relationships with regulators at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and various state divisions of securities, in addition to other key executives at broker-dealers and sponsors of securities offerings. He is also a regular speaker at industry conferences and events.
Mr. Hellewell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah and his juris doctorate from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is also a member of the Utah State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the American Bar Association.
Kevin C. Bradburn is the Chief Executive Officer of Orchard Securities, LLC and a Partner at Mountain Dell Consulting, LLC. As such, he is involved in all aspects of the companies’ business, and is primarily responsible for developing strategic alliances with broker-dealers, sponsors, and other industry professionals.
Mr. Bradburn has served in executive positions at different broker-dealers and has overseen a broad range of activities, playing a prominent role in assisting the broker-dealers’ to rise to prominence as leaders in the real estate securities industry. Mr. Bradburn has been previously employed by notable participants in the securities industry, including American Partnership Services, American Partnership Board, and Madison Avenue Capital Group.
Mr. Bradburn has served as a member of the Security Industry Association Direct Investment Roundtable, and as a member of the Family Office Exchange. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University, and holds Series 7, 22, 24, 63, and 79 securities registrations.
Alma E. Faerber, CFA, is an investment and due diligence executive with more than 25 years of experience in securities and real estate-oriented alternative investments. He serves as Director of Due Diligence at Orchard Securities and Director of Research for Mountain Dell Consulting.
Mr. Faerber leads sponsor- and offering-level diligence review across Delaware Statutory Trusts and other private and public offerings. He previously spent nearly twelve years as a partner and senior portfolio manager at an SEC-registered investment advisory firm. Earlier in his career he served as an equity analyst for a long/short hedge fund and worked in private wealth management, having entered the securities industry in 1998.
Mr. Faerber earned an MBA from Brigham Young University, where he was named a Hawes Scholar, the program’s highest distinction, and co-managed a portion of the university’s endowment fund. He received a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Utah. He is a CFA charterholder and holds active Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations.
Grant Wilson is an Analyst with Orchard Securities, LLC and Mountain Dell Consulting, LLC.
Mr. Wilson primarily focuses on due diligence, financial modeling and analysis, and the evaluation of private and public real estate investment offerings.
Prior to joining the companies, Mr. Wilson worked in private equity real estate, where he gained experience in financial modeling and underwriting for multifamily and single-family investment funds. This background provided him with a strong foundation in analyzing real estate transactions and investment opportunities.
Mr. Wilson graduated magna cum laude from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Seth Anderson serves as an Internal Wholesaler with Orchard Securities, LLC, leveraging his expertise in 1031 exchanges and real estate securitization to support financial advisors and their clients. Since joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Anderson has helped raise approximately $2.7 billion in equity across 100+ private placement offerings. In addition to sales, Mr. Anderson oversees data collection and synthesis for Mountain Dell Consulting, LLC.
Mr. Anderson holds a B.S. in Business Management with a Finance emphasis from Brigham Young University Idaho. He also holds a Series 7 and 63 registrations. In his free time you can find Mr. Anderson spending time with his wife and two children, restoring classic cars, or playing guitar.
